Poland: Institute of Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases writes to Danaher to reduce the price of GeneXpert test

The Institute of Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases of Poland, which has been facing an increase in drug-resistant TB burden due to an influx of people fleeing Ukraine, sent this open letter to the corporation Danaher, and its subsidiary diagnostics test maker Cepheid, requesting a reduction in the price of the GeneXpert test for extensively drug-resistant TB (Xpert MTB/XDR), so that more people can be properly diagnosed and receive timely treatment.
